Why Am I Unable To Conceive At This Time?

hi, I have underwent laparoscopy and ovarian drilling 4 months back . I am having pcos and doctor has prescribed me to take siphene 50 mg from 2 Nd - 7 th day of my period , loprin 75 mg daily ,duphaston from 17 - 27 th day if my period . It s been 3 months and still I have not conceived .. Should I continue more with the medicine ?? I am unable to predict when I am ovulating ??

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Just do follicular study (sonography) for one cycle to confirm you are really ovulating. If ovulation is occurring around 14/15th day, you can safely for 2 more cycles before going for higher modality of treatment. If you are not ovulating, consult doctor for increase in dose of Siphene.
