Diabetologist 's  Response
Hello,

I need to know the type of movement, I need to see the movement. It is ideal if you could upload a video of the movement that is happening. However, twitches / tics commonly do not happen with involuntary speech. I would recommend testing MRI Brain and EEG. It would be prudent to meet a neurologist prior to the tests.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
