Why Am I Not Bleeding After Taking Misoprostol For Abortion?

I have taken misoprostol for abortion procedure but beside from cramps and diarrhea didn t bleed at all and it s been pass 72 hours that I have taken the pills. I took pregnancy tests yesterday (48hours after the pills) and it s all negative. Is it possible that my doctor misjudged that it was positive and gave me those pills? I have been spotting and bleed for 3 weeks before taking the abortion pills. Could that mean I had a miscarriage but the clinic just decided to give me the pills?

It could be possible that you had a miscarriage byt all the contents of conception were not expelled, which is why the pills were preacribed. Speak to your doctor in detail as only he/she would know the entire truth.
