Hello, congratulation for your future baby.

Morning sickness usually begins around the 6th week of pregnancy, peaks around week 9, and disappears by weeks 16 to 18.

Although unpleasant, morning sickness is considered a normal part of your pregnancy.
But if it becomes severe or a woman persistently vomits several times a day, it results in lose of weight or at risk for dehydration.

Now comes to your pain concern, aches and cramps are normal when you are pregnant. Carrying a baby puts a lot of pressure on your muscles, joints and veins. This can make you feel uncomfortable with abdominal pain.

There is usually nothing to worry about until you feel disabling nature of pain.

Follow some tips to prevent these symptoms:

Consuming a bland diet.
Eating frequent small meals.
Drinking plenty of fluids when not feeling nauseated.
Avoiding spicy and fatty foods.

Try some light exercise.
Regular small walk.
Have a warm bath.
Avoid to take stress.

All the best and take care.
