Why Am I Having Pain In My Right Lung?

im a 49 yr old women and been having a lot of pain in my right lung from the upper back to around the right of my boob ribs arm etc. I keep getting very sick loosing my voice limp nodes in grown area swollen&painful. it was a size of alittle bb. now a size of a half dollar.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should consult pulmonologist first and get done clinical examination and chest x ray.
Possibility of lung infection is more.
Your pain in back and Front of chest can be due to pleuritic pain because of lung infection.
Another supporting evidence is enlarged tender lymphnode.
2nd possibility of pleural effusion due to either infection or malignancy. As enlarged lymphnode can be seen in malignancy.
So better to consult pulmonologist first and get done chest x ray to rule out these possibilities.
