Why Am I Having Chest Pains And Throbbing Sensation In My Feet?

Hello, I was having some chest pains a few months back, and since December 20th they have come back and have been noticed every day. I also have a weird tingly or sometimes throbbing sensation on the bottoms of my feet and heels at random times when at rest or not moving.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Possibility of stress and tension related symptoms is more in your case.
But better to get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out cardiac cause for your chest pain.
If both are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Also get done vitamin b12 level for your throbbing pain in feet. Vitamin b12 deficiency is common cause for this.
If this is also normal than stress and anxiety are likely cause for your symptoms.
So avoid stress and tension. Consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
