Why Am I Having A Rough Feeling In Throat?

hi i have been having some feeling for a long time now with my throat feeling like something bit rough in there likebits or so. i also keep gulping as feeling like something there, this may have started about 2 years ago now and have been to my doctor few times.
plus for a while now i seem to have i think seems trapped wind in my stomach and feeling bit of an ace just under top of rib cage in centre of me and bloated feeling but sometimes helps to bend forward with my stomach to relieve a bit of wind through my mouth if that sounds right?
im just a little worried now what it is?
can you please let me know your views on this.
