Why Am I Getting Getting Painful Heart Palpitations?
I am twenty two. This last two weeks i have been getting paainful heart palpultations and it causes me to have shortness in breath. I cant breathe when i have them and afterwards i feel like my chest has been punched between my ribcage and it aches for a while afterwards

if you have palpitation alon with chest pain you should go for cardiac check up.You should get an ECG don.Depending upon your ECG finding and your clinical features you may need further investigations.
