Why Am I Bleeding After Taking Clotrimazole For Thrush?

I took Clortimazole for thrush the tablet 2 days ago and have since been bleeding. It's not painful or particularly heavy. I had my period 1 week before. I also had unprotected sex last weekend and took the morning afterpill. Is the bleeding anything to do with the tablet or is it something else?
