Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to Health care magic forum.

Do you have abdominal pain which gets relieved after defecation?

With the available details, there appears to be high possibility of Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

You should consult with internal medicine specialist / gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.

You should also go for ultrasound imaging and stool examination.

Treatment depends on exact diagnosis.

Thanks,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
