While working out this morningi developed a sudden and severe

While working out this morningi developed a sudden and severe headache that brought me to tears and make me nauseous. It has gotten better with rest but still hurts 4 hours later. I'm not sure if I should go to the ER. I have a history of headaches but nothing like this. I doubt it is related but I have a pineal gland cyst and a narrow carotid artery.

Hey, I was tested positive for peanut allergy two years ago at age 14; however I tested negative to tree nuts. I have had two severe reactions to peanuts since then, and have also avoided tree nuts. I ate Nutella a few weeks ago week though, because my allergist said it would be okay to eat tree nuts. I had a tingly mouth after that and an itchy throat. It only lasted for about half an hour. Then tonight I a cookie with a walnut in it (accidentally) and I was fine for about an hour, but then both my eyes became a bit red and puffy (and itchy). Is it possible to develop a tree nut allergy just two years after being tested negatively to it?
