hi..bartonella bacteria transmits from CAT is very true.
first of all confirm diagnosis of such infection by blood serology test , culture from aspiration of enlarged lymphnode . PCR test is also good.
if diagnosis is confirm then consult physician.
azythromycin 10mg/kg/day on 1st day then 5 mg/kg/day for next 4 day are treatment of choice.
