Which Place Is Safe To Give Vaccination To Babies?

Hello Dr. I would like to know where to go for vaccination for my 1month old child. Government hospital or private doctor in Mumbai. As there r less vaccination to be given in government hospital. n private dr. prefer more.And also want to know Vaccination recommended by private doctor is why not given in government hospital

Thanks for the query.
You can go anywhere , both the places are safe.
In private set up you will get the combined injections which will reduce the number of pricks for example pentavac-sd combination of hep.-b, hiB, dtp.
While in govt. set up you will get the doses separetly like dtp in one thigh and hep.-b in other.
Newer vaccines which are costly are not available in goverment hospital, they give only compulsary vaccines.
In private set up doctor will ask you about the newer vaccines and those who can afford they can take it.
