Hi my name is zainab I have two kids already girls ages 4&8 . I have been trying to get pregnant for almost 4 yrs now but nothing yet. I was using the IUCD which I have removed and been trying for almost a year but nothing yet. I am still having my regular monthly periods any suggestion or help kindly assist
