Which Part Of Diet Including Milk And Butter Could Have Caused Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain?

after taking my daily morning diet (milk+ bread butter),i go outside for sunbath then after 1 pm i eat maggi noodles and drink water and sleep with t shirt and inner wear..when i woke up i feel intense pain and loose motions...
not getting the reason...is it water? maggi noodles? or cold weather ?

I can understand your concern for your symptom
It might be due to noodles or milk but it vary from person to person.
Try keep more gap between ingestion of both of these product.
