Your edible oils should have saurated : polyunsaturated: monounsaturated in the ratio :1:1:1. saffolaoil in combination with mustard oil or olve oil etc
Omega 2 fatty acid are considered good
Hi,Maria, thanks for query. You have asked the most debated and difficult question.Nothing is best and ideal. The ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids is important oil that you consume.None of the oil have this in ideal limit. The best option would to be change your oil every 3 months and in rotation.Mustard oil, ground oil, oilve oil and other oils to be used in rotation,The bottom line is eat less oil and stay healthy.
wishing you good health.
