My chest x-tray says suspicious densities are noted in the left lung apex, heart is normal in size, diaphragm and bony thorax are unremarkable. Impression is suspicious densities as described, suggest apico-lordotic view for further evaluation. What does this mean?

hello I recently had my chest xray in which it says suspicious densities found in the left upper portion, heart is not enlarged and apico lordotic view is suggested. I checked the symptoms of Tuberculosis like lost of weight, heavy sweating at night, fever in the afternoon, or pain in the back and I dont have any of those symptoms. Though I have some dry cough of 2 weeks now and no phlegm either. what could that be?
