Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
Weaning should be started between 4-6 months.preferably at completion of 6 months as chances of she developing allergy and infections in future life are less.Only if weight gain is not sufficient then only weaning should be started at 4 months
Hope you got the message
Regards
