When sniffing, both my ears plug. Takes a yawn; or three, to unplug them.
Also throat feels like tongue keeps touching the dangly bit in the back. No gagging through, just a tight or pulling feeling. This has been happening for a couple months all day.
Sometimes sinus pressure appears for a few hours.
