When Should I Take Zentel Pill?

I have a Zentel pill 400MG to kill parasite and caster oil flush the worms, I am not sure how when should I take it, is it before dinner right away or should I starve myself then take the medicine? The pharmacist said I should take one pill & follow up with a second after 3 weeks.

Zentel pill contains 400 mg albendazole .
You should take this tablet as you wish .
But the best time is in the night after meal .
This only causes mild abdominal discomfort .
Zentel is a broad spectrum benzimidazole , has , larvicidal actions in hydatid disease, ascariasis and ankylostomyasis .
It also has ovicidal properties in ascariasis, ankylostomyasis and trichuriasis .
I mentioned all these things so that you can take this drug according to parasites present in your body.
In few cases , single dose is sufficient , while in others require other doses also .
