Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Tiffa (Targeted Imaging for Fetal Anomalies) test is usually done between 18-23 weeks of pregnancy (the second trimester) and ultrasound is used to detect congenital abnormalities in the growing fetus.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
