When Should Zincovit And Vitafol-OB Be Taken While Trying To Conceive?
I am planning to conceive in next month s. I have consulted with a doctor.she has prescribed me to take zincovit and vitafol. After breakfast and meal. But I forget the prescription so would like to know when to eat these two.? Is there any problems if I eat in a day randomly.
