When Should Ovral Be Stopped To Start The Menstrual Cycle?

Hi doctor...I need to postpone my periods and I m taking a tablets something called at ovral...my date ws 5th Feb. ..and i taking the tablet since 2nd Feb. ..every day I m taking one..I need my periods to start in 13 or 14th Feb...whn do I stop taking the tablets? ?

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
You should take the the tablet up to 10th or 11 th date.
When you stop the drugs bleeding will come in next 2-3 days.

You should also note the common side effects of pill:
headaches, nausea, irregular bleeding,
fluid retention, dizziness,
weight gain and depressed mood,
either sleepiness or insomnia,
bloating, a decreased or increased sex drive,
discomfort of the breasts.
