When Does Withdrawal Bleeding Begin After Using The Mifegest Kit?

Sir i used mifegest kit . The first tablet i used on 19/0917 and 2nd two tablets on 20/09/17 . And again two tablets on 21/09/17.last night bleeding will start but after 1 hour it was stopped .and now there is pain in stomach ..how much time it takes to start proper bleeding and how much time i have to wait. Or what should i do now.plz help me sir
