When Does Withdrawal Bleeding Begin After Using Mifegest Kit?

Doctor I have miscarriage in between 9 to 10 weeks. Doctor suggested me to take the mifegest kit for abortion. I have taken 1st pills 5th may after dinner according to doctor s suggestions. And more tablets was taken by me today morning after breakfast. After 1 hr there was heavy cramping & pain inside my abdomen & back side. Pain like heavy periods pain. Bt no bleeding. After taking this kit I had also vomiting.just now little bit bleeding has started. Plz suggest me doctor. When bleeding will be started properly?

Hello,

Slight bleeding can happen after using Mifegest. Generally it will settle by itself without any treatment. You can take drugs like Tranexemic acid to control bleeding. If bleeding persist, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
