When Do Periods Begin After Taking Susten?

Hi, I have always got regular periods and my cycle used to be 35 to 37 days. But from past two months I have not got periods. I visited a gynaecologist. She suggested Susten 100 mg. Took 5,tablets but no sign of periods. I m unmarried and not suspecting pregnancy.
