Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
It is disheartening to hear about your mishap.
I will suggest you to give rest to your womb and your ovaries for at least 3 months. You can either use barrier -condom, or low dose OC pills for 3 months.
As part of pre conception counceling, I will suggest you the following-
1. Strict control of your diabetes. Adopt healthy diet plan and regular exercise. Keep regular check on blood sugar, HbA1c. Take anti diabetic medicine regularly.
2. Add vitamin B 12, folic acid supplements.
3. When we are planning pregnancy after 3 months it is advisable to get RUBELLA vaccine shot.
I hope with this preparation it will be helpful to have successfulpregnancy next time.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
