When Can HIV Status Be Confirmed After Intercourse?

Hi 3 days back 17 aug , i had sex with a prostitute, in btw condom broke....n the girl noticed it within 2 secs....it was changed with condom..by the girl then....after 5 mins....new condome also broke....this time exposer was for 3 secs....i immedialty changed condom.....I asked...the girl about her hiv status...she said she is absolutly fine...she used to have hiv and vdrl test regularly after every 3 months....she said she always...take exterme care...as she supports a family as well... Even she was scared as she was asking me about my status.. I donot have any hiv history....I.have a family as well.... please guide....me...Can i have pcr done....what will its cosr in delhi ncr...Please help me i am completly broken....

HIV infection is a predominantly a sexually transmitted disease world wide .
The virus also has been demonstrated in CERVICAL SMEARS & VAGINAL FLUID of HIV infected girl .
Irrespective of time taken after broken of condom, if you contacted virus ( if patient was HIV infected ) chance of getting infection is more .
But plus point in your case if that the girl was HIV free and so you are , so nned not to worry .
The 2nd pint is get in PCR ( RNA ) nucleic acid amplification test .
As this is most sensitive and specific test ( 99.5% ) for HIV confirmation . Window period is after 2 weeks of initial infection so now you can get it from any lab in Delhi . Cost depend on lab to lab ,but
