Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

Skin types vary from person to person and in some individuals, it tends to be very oily. This occurs due to excessive oil secretion by the oil glands on the face.

One of the causes for this is excessive washing of the face. When you wash your face too many times, it strips the natural oil from the face and paradoxically increases the activity of the oil glands to compensate for the loss of natural oils.

Wash your face with a cleanser containing 2% salicylic acid twice a day.

Do not use thick creams. Avoid oiling your hair.

Avoid fried foods and foods with high glycemic index.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
