What Would Cause Me To Vomit Blood (clots)?

I have been diagnosed with Barrets Esphogus,,I am now coughing flem and last night I was upset,I got sick and started to vomit and along w/it came up 3 blood clots...I am also experiencing,fatigue,dizziness,hair loss....
