What Type Of Treatment Is Recommended For This CT Scan Result Of Spine?

I am 35 years old, I am diagnosed with L4-5 disc bulge with cebtral protrusion indenting thecal sac, compounding the lateral recesses with spinal canal stenosis and impringement of both nerve roots.how serious is the condition, can this be treated without surgery ?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be serious condition but it can be and care need to be taken and for that complete bed rest is advisable some time surgery could be the cured for this if the condition does not come around with medical and conservative management, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
