What Type Of Treatment Is Recommended For Abnormality With EKG Level?

I had an ekg done as part of routine work for minor surgery I am having. Had the test almost 2 weeks ago. My orthopedic doctor called and said there was a slight abnormality with my ekg and I needed to set up an appointment with a cardiologist to be cleared for surgery. I am now a nervous wreck!

Hello. Thanks for writing to HCM.
I read and understand question very well.
I try my best to help you in this.

As you have slight abnormality in EKG , this may be due to any changes in the conductivity of heart.
You don't worry. Don't be panic. Just cool down.
Take appiontment to cardiologist for this.
You will be ok and fit for surgery.

I hope my advice will help you a lot.
Thanks and Regards.
Dr Vijay
