What Type Of Foods Should Be Avoided To Control High Ferritin Level?

I have high Ferritin and would like to know if there are any foods I should avoid or eat less of and also any food that is good for this. I do not drink alcohol. My Ferritin level is at 438 as of yesterday. What can I do to help lower it by way of eating, drinking and avoiding food or fruits I shouldn t eat. I am 71 years old and female. Thank you.

it is only iron. test indicate body iron content. very high level can create cardiac problem.you have to avoid iron rich food or medication.some people use iron chealators. other option are weekly veinisection.
