Hi,

If you suspect you have a frozen shoulder, it's important to see a healthcare provider for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. In addition to any treatments your healthcare provider recommends, some exercises can help alleviate pain and improve mobility in the shoulder.

Here are a few exercises that may be helpful:
* Pendulum swing: Lean forward and support your unaffected arm on a table or chair. Let your affected arm hang down and swing it gently in a circle. Start with small circles and gradually make them larger. Do this for about a minute, then switch to the other direction.
* Wall crawl: Stand facing a wall with your arms outstretched and your fingertips touching the wall. Slowly walk your fingers up the wall, as high as you can without pain. Then slowly lower them back down. Repeat several times.
* Shoulder blade squeezes: Sit or stand with your arms at your sides. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as tightly as you can, then relax. Repeat several times.
* Arm slide: Stand facing a wall with your affected arm outstretched and your hand against the wall. Slowly slide your hand up the wall as high as you can without pain, then lower it back down. Repeat several times.

Remember to start with gentle movements and gradually increase the intensity as your shoulder becomes more mobile. It's important to listen to your body and stop if any exercise causes pain. Heat and cold therapy can also help reduce pain and inflammation. Applying a cold pack for 15-20 minutes several times a day can help reduce pain and inflammation, while applying heat for 15-20 minutes can help improve mobility by increasing blood flow to the area. Again, it's important to see a healthcare provider for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan for your shoulder pain.
