General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

Its a minor surgery...done under spinal anaesthesia...the scrotal skink is incised to reach the testicular sac...the sac is opened...clot evacuated and the bleeding point identified and ligated...sac closed and incision closed...

Its nothing to worry about...results are excellent

Needle aspiration may puncture another vessel and the clot will reoccur.
