What To Do When Lumbar Malignancy Is Anterior Compression Of Thecal Sac?

Thoracic mammogram shows no gross abnormality. Lumbar malignancy is anterior compression of thecal sac at the L3-4 through L5-S1 levels. Please refer to CT myelogram report for further detail. This was on my mylegram report. Can they use the word malingnancy for other reasons besides cancer
