Hi, I feel really tired and my legs are hot I also feel weak and agitated. For the last 5 months I just slept all day, eat and watch movies without any exercise which I ending up gaining 25-30 pounds. Last Friday I start working and now I feel so tired and I get angry easily? Yesterday I ate sandwich I think may have been poisoned, after few bit I felt really hot and tear down! Till I see an MD what would you recommend over counter medication and food, drink to consume? Also what is the best way to find an MD that does preventive care? I want to be healthy not get sick as much as possible, all recommendations are welcome. Thank you
