What To Do If Had A Perineal Tear While Suffering From Crohns Disease?

Yes, I have had crohns disease for 20+ years and am having a bad flare with no insurance or doctor care.I believe I now have a perinial tear also. But today I have begun leaking yellow discharge from tear and rectum. Nothing but mucus. I did start my period today. I am scared that I need a doctor. Are their any possible causes for this?

You need to visit you gastroenterologist. Discharge from the rectum and tear suggests that you might have developed a fistula( Tract connecting the skin with the rectum) in the region around you rectum. This is a well known symptom of Crohn's disease. You will need treatment with anti biotics and further line of treatment can be determined after examination of the rectum.
