Hi, I have pitted scars and some redness on my face. What kind of dermaroller should I use? The scars are pretty deep.. I ve read that the more milimeters the more efficient in deep scars, but I just bought a 2mm dermaroller and its needles are too strong, which is more recommended on stretch marks. Thanks a lot
hi there. 1. have reviews about fractional co2 and microneedling radio frequency. 2. plan for 3-6 sessions accordingly. this will help you in uplifting scars in better way and much advanced than dermaroller. 3. don't use dermaroller by yourself, take assistance from a dermatologist near by you. it may induce permanent pigmentation , we term it as post inflammatory hyper or hypo pigmentation or sometimes may induce secondary infection or may damage underneath tissues if done vigorously. 4. for redness you can try erythgo gel, its a steroid free cream, you can use it once daily bed time until redness subsides. hope this info helps you.
