As per your query you have dark spot on the nose which occurs when sebum get accumulated along with dead skin and bacteria in clogged pore of sebaceous gland. It can also occur due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation response . Need not to worry. You should start with Accutane as it contains isoretinoin and is used to treat severe acne. Exfoliate your skin once a week to remove the dead skin from your face. Drink plenty of water and apply cold compresses. Apply betnovate on acne twice a day for 2-3 days. If condition doesn t start getting better in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotic course clindamycin. You should go for chemical peeling and laser therapy. Take diet rich in fruits , green leafy vegetables and salad.
