What To Do For The Burning Sensation When Urinating?

I had a surgery of urethral diverticulum since december 2009, but until now I still get burn most of time of going restroom and sometimes it makes me feel getting pushing for restroom. Everytime i get worse, I soak mine in super hot water. What do I do to get out of this sickness? Thanks. I don't have money to pay.
