What To Do For Rashes In Child?

hello i have a 2year old sone who has resently developed a rash and has vomited twice he seems to be running a low fever should i take him to the er or wait and call his doctor in the morning and is there anything i can do till then i have given benadryl and tylonel should i do something else?

Most likely, this is a viral illness which will settle in 3-4 days. Same drugs are enough for now. If no improvement in 3 days, we can evaluate further.
