Patient details: DVR atrial fibrillation in year 2003 current status: Pt inr- 2.18 BP-130/85 Pulse rate : 130 Prescription: WARF 4mg and 5mg alternately lanoxine : .125mg alternately calaptine : 40mg- thrice a day what to do for getting normal INR and pulse rate

I read your actual values of INR and those are normal
Unfortunately there aren't specific rules which determinate valuable INR
It has to be measured periodically till good values are reached
Your actual value 2,18 can be called normal for atrial fibrillation
You should inform me about your older values of INR and the dosage of warfarine you have taken
Other medicaments aren't related with INR values
You should avoid verdures or antibiotics as they can change INR
