What To Do For Frequent Urination Though Taking Trimethoprim To Prevent UTI?

I have had several urinary tract infections and have had two doses of antibiotics in the last several weeks. While I do not have the burning I still have frequency and do not feel right. I have taken bacterium and a drug from the Cipro family. For years I have taken Primethoprim every night to prevent a UTI. What do I do now

Hello.If after taking various antibiotics your symptoms persist,it is necessary to do a urine culture. You must collect a urine sample and go to your doctor to analyze, know the bacteria that is causing the infection and what is the most appropriate antibiotic to treating.I wish you good health.
