hello. i am a sophomore in high school and am an athlete. last year i played football and subluxed my right shoulder twice. after the second time i went and got surgery. after months of rehab i went back into physical activity. i started training for wrestling season over the summer. in July my left shoulder subluxed. i rehabed it and felt fine for the next few months. two days ago my left shoulder subluxed again and i dont know what i should do. im a varsity wrestler and im just stuck. my shoulder is hurting. do you have any suggestions for me rehabilitation wise? or anything i can do to eliminate the pain? thank you.
