General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Feeling your right arm very hot might be related to local neurological and blood circulation problems. Further evaluation by neurologist is highly recommended.

Next, feeling dizziness and feeling that heat is coming out of your right ear might be related to ear problems. I suggest to consult with an ENT specialist to check out the status of your right ear.

Hope it helped! Wish fast recovery!
