What To Do For Bad Back Ache With Sick Stomach And Unwillingness To Eat Anything?
I am sick to my stomach, I am pretty sure II have the flu, but I also have this really bad back ache, like I have been sleeping wrong. How can I correct this? Also, I haven't eaten anything all day, just drinking fluids (water/tea). Should I force myself to eat something?

I can understand your worry this could be viral fever and loss of appetite is common symptom in this, no need to eat with the proper appetite, and also no need to worry about this it will be fine soon with the symptomatic medicine alone and in my opinion the best choice is "Tab Acetaminophen" take this tab when you feel fever or pain, drink lot of water have light diet, hope this information helps you take care and have good day.
