Hi,
i have gone through your query and can understand your concern. According to your information, as you had previous normal delivery, there are more chances that 2nd pregnancy can also be normal unless any complications arise.
You just need to take few precautions like regular check up of your BP and sugar, regular follow up with your gynec, regular sonography to check liquor volume and baby's position, regular walking of at least 20 mts, have healthy diet, etc.
If everything goes normal, then you will definitely be delivered normally this time also, but nothing can be predicted at 7th month. Best luck for your pregnancy.
