What Stops Bleeding During Menstrual Cycles For A Woman Low On Iron Content?

Hi i have been taking folic acid for 1 month and iron tablet for the past 1 week due to my low iron in blood that is 11... I thought i had my perioed when i saw some blood stain however its been day 5 i am not bleeding... the bleeding has completely stopped... and I am not pregnant... can you please tell me why? last month too i had very minimal bleed till day 3 then i started to bleed on day 4 to 7 as normal.... I am so worried for this month?

Hi, I think it can be due to some vaginal infection or progesterone deficiency. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotics. If infection is not there, you can take progesterone for 10 days front day 16 of your cycle.
