What Shows The Result Positive For Yeast Infection?

I am 33 weeks pregnant each time last three times i done a urine sample it came back as heavy mixed growth, i was given medication for yeast infection which as now cleared up but the result is still coming back as heavy mixed growth... why is this happening?

As during pregnancy the ph of vaginal secretion is altered (more alkaline) chance of recurrent yeast infection is very common.
